Refund & Exchange Policies

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY -

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
We will replace all defective items for up to 30 days after the invoice date except for TASER products. Defective Taser products will need to be exchanged directly through Taser International at www.Taser.com.

NOTE: If a product has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in the product description on our website. Do not under any circumstances disassemble the product. Disassembling the product will void any warranty and refund privilege.
Please test the product before returning it to us. If an item is returned to us and found to be working as intended and no other defects are visible, the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included. Once we receive the return we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process your request.

EXCHANGES:
We will gladly accept a product back for exchange within 30 days after the date of invoice on most products. Please note that this does NOT apply to TASER products. Under no circumstances will we accept exchanges on TASER products. Furthermore, certain items cannot be exchanged at all. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on Mace spray or pepper spray products due to wrong color, size or brand ordered. These products may have been inadvertently compromised. These products must be completely reliable without malfunction or lowered pressure in product canisters in order to properly operate during self defense situations.

Each product returned that is not defective must be in its original packaged condition, UNOPENED and ready to go back on the shelf in resalable condition. On non-defective items that are acceptable for return, there will be a 5% restocking fee. In addition, the customer will be responsible for the Standard Shipping costs that are incurred to ship the exchanged product back to the customer. Exchanges are contingent upon product inspection once it has been received. For further instructions, please see the GUIDELINES BELOW.

GUIDELINES:
Please carefully read and follow the guidelines below. Prior to shipping any products back to our facility, please contact us at orderinfo@pspplus.info and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In your request, please include the following information: Your name, order number, order date, address, what you are returning, daytime telephone number, and the reason for the return. Once received, we will issue an RMA number along with with instructions on how and where to return the product. Please be sure to clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box for receiving purposes. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

For defective products, if you are unable to return all items received with the specific product (i.e. charge cord, lanyard, batteries, etc.) be sure to mention this in your initial RMA email so that a determination may be made. All circumstances will be considered. Non-defective products returned opened, missing parts and/or not in original packaging will not be accepted. Products returned damaged by user will not be accepted. All returns, refunds or exchanges must have an RMA Number issued by Personal Safety Now.

SHIPPING FEES:
Personal Safety Now will issue a credit for costs incurred by customer to return a confirmed defective product back to our facilities. The customer may include this dollar amount in their initial or subsequent emails regarding this RMA transaction. This amount should be similar to what it would cost us to ship the product to you using standard shipping rates. For non-defective returns and exchanges, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred as it relates to the return or exchange. All refunds will include all applicable credits and fees associated with the return.

We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 30 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
